I was reading The Daily today (February 3) and was struck by Carson’s vulnerability about struggling with belief in God.
I have often struggled with distinguishing between my (mis)understandings of God and the reality of who the Bible actually presents. Part of the struggle for me is that, even though God reveals himself clearly, he does not reveal himself simply. God is complicated and difficult for people to comprehend!
What parts of God do you find the hardest to comprehend?
Are those parts revealed in Scripture or are they cultural assumptions? A combination?
