Proverbs 12:11 says,
The one who works his land will have plenty of food,
but whoever chases fantasies lacks sense.
In a sense, we don’t need the Bible to teach us this wisdom.
Hard work → reward?
Chasing fantasies → foolish?
It’s obvious.
But it is part of God’s guidance for our lives. As I reflected on this verse last night and this morning, I was encouraged that God cares for our well-being, in every part of our lives.
