If you’re having trouble registering for a course, you might have an experience like this:
I want to do that course, but every time I try, I get taken to a registration page, which I am endlessly filling in, waiting for a confirmation email, and ending up back where I started.
I understand this is very frustrating!
The #1 issue we find when investigating this situation is that the emails are being sent to you, but they are going to your spam/junk folder. If you use Gmail, they might be filed under one of the other tabs (Promotions/Social/Updates/Forums).
Another potential issue is that you signed up with one email, but primarily use another email address.
