For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, as I am fully known. (1 Cor 13:12)
For a while now, I’ve been thinking about how we are all on a pilgrimage, that this world isn’t our home. Our final destination is promised, and that is the end we strive towards. Often along the journey, we won’t understand the promise fully, we only understand it partially, and practice the spiritual life partially, but one day we will see Jesus and the fullness of life in him face to face.
