I have encountered multiple experiences of having people lie about me & having found myself in need of alignment with heaven, I began studying CS Lewis’s sermons. I am currently working with God’s direction to protect myself from ultimate eviction at my senior Tax Credit apartment in College Station, where I relocated to on December 2, 2024. This was the direct result of having a home health nurse tell my son in Waco Texas that I have dementian. This came about following 2.5 months of PT in a local facility after having fractured my left hip & femur in a fall. The nurse, an LVN who my son engaged to check up on me while I waited to relocate to another apartment,. The nurse visited me 3 times in -January, 2024 each visit lasting about 30 -40 minutes. The nurse, an LVN told my son that I had been tested for & was confirmed to have dementia and needed to be in long term nursing care. My son only texted my best friend with the nurse’s opinion but did not tell me. He then took me to what I had been told was an Assisted Living Center. I was only one of two residents who was ambulatory & began to discover that The Brazos at Waco was in fact at nursing home. My heart was broken & the loving my relationship my son & I had shared ended unmercifully as he believed the nurse & became angry with me for leaving. He hasn’t spoken to me for 2 years now and has even blocked his children’s phones from me. After relocating to College Station, I found the place that I knew the Lord had sent me. It was only about 4 months ago, that my current situation turned south when I was accused of violating my lease agreement & given a false notice along with a Nonrenewal of my lease which ended on Nov. 30. I file petition for Retaliation against the Landlord as required by law; however, when the trial took place in a JP court on January 9, 2026, the only witness against me was a woman whom I had neither met nor spoke with. She claimed to have witnessed me screaming, threatening & slamming doors in front of the Assist. Manager who is no longer here. This was on Oct. 1, 2025 when the Assist. Mgr filed a false police report against me & requested a Criminal Trespass Warning against me. We had been without a community manager more than 4 months at that time. The claim against me was that I had unlawfully filed complaints with The City Codes Dept, the Fire Marshall’s office & The Texas Dept of Health & Protection Services. State law gives renters the right to file complaints with Government enties which is this case had to do with a broken elevator that was left unrepaired for 26 days literally trapping residents on the 2nd floor who couldn’t use stairs. At lease one resident had to cancel a scheduled surgery. In Texas, Landlords are responsible for those who work/manage an apartment complex. The assist Manager also filed a false police report against me saying that I had grabbed her arm which is considered assault. I am 79 years of age. She is 32 & outweighs me by 30 lbs. I did not nor would I have assault anyone. I was able to file for an appeal which will come to trial in the next month where I will be representing myself once again but with the advantag of being able to Subpoena 5 witnesses along with having had the opportunity to request a Jury Trial. My God is guiding me & my hope is in Him alone.
